(a) the external Territories; and

means the Natural Heritage Trust Advisory established by section 30.

means a member of the Committee.

has the meaning given by section 15.

has the same meaning as in Articles 55 and 57 of the Convention.

means the established by section 40.

has the meaning given by section 17.

includes:

(a) an amount received by the Commonwealth directly or indirectly from:

(i) the salescheme trustee; or

(ii) an investor in Telstra;

under a Telstra sale scheme; and

includes the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.

has the meaning given by section 16.

means the company that:

(a) was incorporated under the Corporations Law of the Australian Capital Territory by the name Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation Limited; and

includes reduction of use, re‐use and recycling.
