means an Act appropriating money for expenditure out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

(a) any kind of real or personal property; or

(b) any legal or equitable estate or interest in real or personal property; or

(c) any legal or equitable right.

of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund

means the sum of:

(a) amounts standing to the credit of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund Special Account; and

means the sum of:

(a) amounts standing to the credit of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund Special Account; and

(b) the value of investments of the DisabilityCare Australia Fund.

means:

(a) a company; or

(b) a partnership; or

(c) a trust; or

(d) a body politic.

means the of the Future Fund Board.

of a body means a chose in action that includes an undertaking by the body to repay as a debt money deposited with or lent to the body. The chose in action may (but need not) include a security interest over property of the body to secure repayment of the money. However, a does not include:
