, in relation to a member of the Defence Force, means:

means a member of the scheme who is entitled to retirement pay or invalidity pay, and includes:

has the meaning given by section 49K.

has the meaning given by subsection 98B(4).

means retirement as a member of the Defence Force, and includes discharge from the Defence Force, and retire has a corresponding meaning.

means retirement pay payable under section 23.

means a person who:

means a re ‐ instated candidate who has made an election under section 51.

means the rules for the administration of that scheme set out in the Schedule to the deed by which that scheme was established.

means the amount determined under the Orders.

means the quarter ending on 30 September.

means service as a member of the Defence Force.

means:

means an order mentioned in subsection 90XT(1).

has a meaning affected by section 6B.

means pension payable under Division 1 of Part VI.

means any of the following:

means the Australian Statistician.

means an interest that a person has as a member of an eligible superannuation plan, but does not include a reversionary interest.
