means an organisation that is funded by the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory to provide legal assistance to Aboriginal persons and Torres Strait Islanders.

means a person of the Aboriginal race of Australia.

means the Australian Crime Commission.

has the meaning given by subsection 15GF(3).

includes:

(a) a free account; and

(b) a pre‐paid account; and

(c) anything that may reasonably be regarded as the equivalent of an account.

means information that a user of an online account requires in order to access or operate the account, and includes (for example) each of the following:

(a) a username;

(b) a password;

(c) a PIN;

means a warrant issued under section 3ZZUP or subsection 3ZZVC(2) or (3).

has the meaning given by section 3CAA.

means:

(a) a forensic laboratory accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia; or

(b) a forensic laboratory that is of a kind prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph.
