means the established by section 9.

of the Future Fund Board means:

(a) a function or power conferred on the Future Fund Board by section 30, 31, 38, 40, 42 or 43; or

has the meaning given by subsection 32(3).

means the established by section 12.

includes by way of issue.

means the Future Fund Management .

means an Act appropriating money for expenditure out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

means:

(a) any kind of real or personal property; or

(b) any legal or equitable estate or interest in real or personal property; or

(c) any legal or equitable right.

means the sum of:

(a) amounts standing to the credit of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund Special Account; and

means a day that is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in the Australian Capital Territory.

means:

(a) a company; or

(b) a partnership; or

(c) a trust; or

(d) a body politic.

, when used in a provision outside Chapter 7, has the same meaning as it has in Chapter 7.

means the Department administered by the Finance Minister.

means the Minister who administers this Act.

has the meaning given by section 6.

has the meaning given by section 24.

means the Department administered by the Indigenous Affairs Minister.

means the corporation continued in existence by section 191A of the

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005

.

means the Board of Directors referred to in section 191V.

means the special account continued in existence by section 20.
