Program 1.1 contributes to the delivery of Outcome 1 through the following objectives by: providing advice, support and services to the Prime Minister, the Cabinet and Portfolio Ministers; providing effective coordination and leadership across the APS-enterprise for major domestic, international and national security matters; and, supporting the Cabinet and its committees, the Federal Executive Council and the National Federation Reform Council to facilitate informed decision making.
