This program comprises three elements: 1. Interest earned on overdue accounts and on official bank accounts held to facilitate operational requirements. 2. Interest on Government loans to fund the building of new accommodation, dividends and tax equivalent payments received from the DHA. 3. Revenue received from science and technology royalties where the royalties offset Departmental cost of an activity, to the extent there was no appropriation for the activity.
