, in respect of a State or Territory, means the area that is identified in section 5A of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967 as the adjacent area in respect of that State or Territory.

means the body established by section 5 of the Australian Energy Market Commission Establishment Act 2004 of South Australia.

means the body established by section 44AE of the Trade Practices Act 1974 .

, in relation to Western Australia, means so much of the scheduled area (within the meaning of the Offshore Petroleum Act 2006 ) for Western Australia as consists of:

means the Federal Court of Australia.

means the Commonwealth Minister.

means the body established by section 4 of the Economic Regulation Authority Act 2003 of Western Australia.

has the meaning given by subsection 13D(2).
