means the Chief Magistrate appointed under the Magistrates Court Act 1930 of the Territory.

means the Chief Minister elected under section 40.

means a Commissioner appointed under section 16.

means the Deputy Chief Minister appointed under section 44.

means the person (if any) elected under subsection 21(2).
