means an exceptional claims indemnity paid or payable under Division 2A of Part 2.

means the protocol (as amended and in force from time to time) determined by the Minister under section 34X.

means the date, if any, set by rules under section 34G.

means the register established and maintained under section 15A.

means the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments established under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 .

means a health care related vocation in relation to which there is at least one State or Territory under the law of which a person must be registered in order to practise.

means the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law set out in the Schedule to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 (Qld).

means a person who practises a health care related vocation.

means any service, care, treatment, advice or goods provided in respect of the physical or mental health of a person.

means the Health Insurance Commission.

means a high cost claim indemnity paid or payable under Division 2 of Part 2.
