includes a tribunal, authority or person having power to require the production of documents or the answering of questions.

means a quality assurance activity in respect of which a declaration by the Minister under section 124X is in force when the activity is engaged in.

means dental benefit payable under Par t 3 .

means a person registered or licensed as a dental practitioner or dentist under a law of a State or Territory that provides for the registration or licensing of dental practitioners or dentists.

means a Deputy Director of Professional Services Review appointed under section 85.

means a determination made under subsection 124F(1), (2) or (6), 124FB(1), 124FC(1) or 124FF(1), (2) or (5).

means the Determining Authority established by section 106Q.

means equipment that is primarily used in the carrying out of a diagnostic imaging procedure.

means a procedure for the production of images (for example, X ‐ rays, computerised tomography scans, ultrasound scans, magnetic resonance imaging scans and nuclear scans) for use in the rendering of diagnostic imaging services.

means the Register kept under section 23DZK.
