CITES I species	means a species included in the list referred to in section 303CA, where there is a notation to the effect that the species is included in Appendix I to CITES. CITES I specimen	means a specimen that belongs to a CITES I species, where there is a notation in the list referred to in section 303CA that describes the specimen.
