Term definition
means the land described in the Schedule to the notice under subsection 10(3) of the Lands Acquisition Act 1955 ‐ 1966 dated 17 October 1973 and published in the Gazette on that date, being land acquired by Australia for the purpose of the provision of facilities for the storage of water and its supply for use in the Territory.
